Rovinj, a small town in
Croatia, on the west coast of
Istria, on 45° 01' of latitude
and 13° 38' of longitude east
of Greenwich.

Rovinj, a wonderful town,
the pearl of Istrian peninsula.
The old part of the settlement
is lying on a peninsula and, it
was first mentioned under the
name of Ruigno, Ruvigno,
Ruginio in the Cosmography by
the Anonymous of Ravenna
who gives us an account of
Istria in the 4th and 5th
centuries.

   Welcome to Villa Marea
    Our house is a new built Villa in one of the most
wanted district of Rovinj.
It is situated 150 meters from the entrance of the
Cuvi natural park, and 300 meters from the sea,
in front of the most beautiful and famous Cuvi bay.
For reching the historical centre of town you don’t
need to use the car, because you are at only ten
minutes walk from the centre, and for having fun you
are also ten minutes walk, in anoder direction, from one
of the most famous Disco clubs in Croatia, the Monvi.

       In our eight apartments for two perple, three
apartments for 2+2 people, in our two double rooms,
in the new and elegant environment, in all the big
rooms with terraces, every one of you will surely find
your ideal accommodation, and our smile and
hospitality will have the purpose to make you fell
confortable and give you a pleasant holiday.
     The guest will surely recognize the quality for the
right price, and for that we are sure that we will not
disappoint you.
